Your "other"? Which game... Broomsticks, Broomsticks2, or Broomsticks3D? If it is Broomsticks, chances are that Java is broken or not enabled on your browser. If it is Broomsticks3D, then chances are that you do not have OpenGL drivers installed for your graphics card.

  • Comments: Wow, it's so quiet in here.

I blame the American School Holidays Placement Department--er--Thingy! =Ž
Now, being from Australia, I expect that the arrangement of school holidays are different to that of America.
I don't know, but I think mum said that, like, it's school non-stop for 9 months, followed by a 3 month summer holiday break, right? Well, it's different for us Aussies.
Holidays follow a pattern of approx. 10 weeks of school, then 1 week of easter holidays, approx. 10 weeks of school, then 2 weeks of end-of-semester holidays, approx. 10 weeks of school, then 2 weeks of September holidays (yay!), then approx. 10 weeks of school, followed by 6 weeks of Christmas Holidays! Whee!!

Methinks American kids and college/university students should get a more scattered holiday routine =D

What? Oh right! This is a broomsticks guestbook!! lol, oh well. That happens some times ;)
    -Matt

Actually, so-called "year around schooling" is starting to happen at some grade schools around here (6-12 years old).

I don't have that domain name. Someone else grabbed it before I did and is using it for something completely unrelated, which is a shame.

I do have www.broomsticks3d.com and from there you can get to both Broomsticks3d and Broomsticks.

Sure you can! It will also be automatically entered into the next character set contest.

You'll also be getting an e-mail with a regular BR characters, field, background, & items. If they're bad, or mediocre, go easy on me! It's my first try and I'm not that good at drawing on computers... Signing off, =-(+)-=/\/\E+A| $/\/!+<|-|!!!

I'm glad you like the new demo! Thanks for sending those in, I will try them out soon.

I was searching the dusty internet guestbook archives, and, I remember asking about BR3D (still doesn't work) and I remember you saying something or other about "simulate Windows 98 environment"...
I have Windows 2000 Pro, but what is that??
    =-(+)-=/\/\E+A| $/\/!+<|-| signing off... star date 5925720509.204082409

That is a setting that some people use in WinXP.

Chances are that you do not have OpenGL drivers for your graphics card.

This time, I was out of town. :-)

But yes, you are right, I am a bum when it comes to this guestbook. :-)

Broomsticks is the only thing Paul works on, and I'm sure he doesn't have much time to respond to some of the silly remarks some of you post.

Daniel, thanks for backing me up but it's ok, I don't mind the teasing.

=Ž Ok, I'm sorta kidding there. But every guestbook has an obsessive poster or two! =D
In this case, I'm one of a possible few of posters that will pop in and post something for the drat of it (yes I am aware that it isn't supposed to be drat). ;)

Methinks another "batch" of visitors is to be in order though. This guestbook is getting next to no posts fast, and I think we should do everything in our power to help Save The Broomsticks Guestbook.

    -Matt

    Bring them in! :-)

Ok, this post has meaning, so I'm not wasting time =Ž Not much time, anyway.

Well, yeah, Paul, on the message board you gave an idea for another contest, correct?

Well I have become quite intrigued (did I spell that right?) with the br2 mod idea, and I've been sitting here thinking:

"Is it an official contest or not?"

    ;)
    -Matt

Yes, it is a real contest. I will announce it soon.

Thanks Allison, I'm glad you still like the games.

Ok, Paul, with the BR2 mod contest (providing it's a happening thing), are Flash-Enhanced HTMLs allowed? ;)
    -Matt

Somebody tried to post a Java program, I'm not sure why.

Sure, Flash is fine with me...
