The VisWall-LCD™ is an affordable and scalable high resolution display achieved by tiling LCD flat panel displays. High resolution panels with minimum bezels are used. However, for seamless display, the VisWall and VisBlock products are more appropriate. Read more about the tradeoffs between these products.

Much like a VisWall, a VisWall-LCD allows small groups of people to collaboratively examine incredibly detailed imagery or incredible amounts of information at once. Read more about high resolution applications.

Pictured at the top right are three 6 panel VisWall-LCD-6WQ displays. Each lcd panel is 30" and WQXGA (2560x1600) resolution for an aggregate resolution of over 72 million pixels! The base of each system is secure and contains all of the cabling and the rackmount workstation that drives the display. The entire unit is portable and height adjustable, allowing it to roll through standard doorways.

Pictured to the right is one 18 panel VisWall-LCD system with the same 30" panels, also for an aggregate resolution of 72 million pixels!

Pictured to the lower right is a four panel VisWall-LCD-4HD display. Each lcd panel is 55" and HD (1920x1080) resolution. The aggregate display is 110" and 3840x2160 resolution. This panel features ultra narrow bezels with an image-to-image gap of less than 6mm!

Pictured at the bottom are two older 15 panel VisWall-LCD displays that were built for the Lunar and Planetary Lab (LPL) at the University of Arizona. The displays are used to showcase images taken by the very high resolution HiRISE instrument aboard the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO). Each lcd panel is 20" and UXGA resolution (1600x1200) for an aggregate resolution of over 28 million pixels per display.
